Height Adjustable Fertilizer Bag Stitcher Stand
FertiStitch is a dedicated height adjustable stand for fertilizer bag stitching applications.
The stand can be supplied in coated mild steel or full stainless steel and is designed around a commonly used industrial stitcher head baseplate arrangement.
Position the stitcher head to suit the required bagging line arrangement.
Corrosion resistant coated mild steel or full stainless steel.
Designed to accommodate commonly used fertilizer bag sewing heads.
Can be incorporated into new or existing fertilizer bagging lines.
Equipment scope: FertiStitch refers to the dedicated stitcher stand. The stitcher conveyor remains a separate equipment component.
Bag Stitching Application
Position the Stitching Stage Around the Bagging Line.
Once a fertilizer bag has been filled, it needs to pass through a closing stage before moving to downstream handling.
FertiStitch provides the adjustable support structure used to position a compatible industrial stitcher head relative to the bag path and conveyor arrangement.
Adjust the Stitcher to Suit the Bag Path
The stand allows the stitcher head position to be adjusted around the operating height and bag path of the line.
Integrate It Into a New Bagging Line
FertiStitch can be incorporated into a new fertilizer bagging arrangement alongside the selected conveyor, bagging equipment and downstream handling.
Upgrade the Stitching Stage Without Replacing the Entire Line
Where existing conveyor and bagging equipment remain serviceable, FertiStitch can be considered as a replacement or updated stitcher support within the existing arrangement.
Designed Around a Common Industrial Baseplate
The mounting arrangement is designed around a commonly used industrial stitcher-head baseplate, allowing compatibility to be considered around the selected stitching equipment.
Discuss Your Bag Stitching Requirement
Start With Your Existing or Planned Bagging Line.
Tell us where the stitching stage needs to fit, what equipment is already in place and which stitcher head is being considered.
Ferti can then assess the required working position, construction and integration of FertiStitch within the wider bagging line.
Tell Us What You Know So Far.
Basic equipment details, photographs and approximate dimensions are enough to begin the discussion.
Photographs of the conveyor, stitcher position and surrounding equipment can help define the required arrangement.
