Fertilizer Blending
FertiDualMix
Two Opposing Product Flows.
One Fertilizer Blending Process.
Twin Ribbon Fertilizer Blender
FertiDualMix is a twin ribbon fertilizer blender developed around two simultaneous opposing product flows within the mixer.
The larger outer ribbon moves fertilizer inward towards the centre while the smaller inner ribbon moves material outward towards the ends.
Two opposing helical ribbon flows within the mixer.
Current mixer design length.
Integrated weighing forms part of the current design.
Controls integration forms part of the current design basis.
Blending Application
Build the Blending Stage Into the Wider Fertilizer Process.
FertiDualMix is being developed for fertilizer applications where materials need to be combined before moving into the next stage of the plant.
The current design brings together ribbon mixing, integrated weighing and controls within one dedicated blending stage.
A Dedicated Fertilizer Blending Stage
FertiDualMix is intended to blend fertilizer before material moves onward to transfer, processing or packaging equipment.
Opposing Ribbon Flow
Inner and outer helical ribbons move material in opposing directions through the mixer body during blending.
Integrated Load Cell Weighing
Load cells form part of the current design so that weighing can be incorporated directly into the blender arrangement.
PLC & HMI Integration
The current design allows the blending stage to be integrated with the wider plant control system.
Mixing time and production throughput will be published once manufacture and testing provide measured performance data.
Discuss Your Blending Requirement
Start With Your Product and Blending Requirement.
Tell us what fertilizer needs to be blended, the output the process needs to support and how the blending stage needs to connect with the rest of your plant.
Ferti can then consider the arrangement around material feed, weighing, controls, site constraints and the downstream process.
FertiDualMix is currently under construction and final validation. Final mixing time and throughput will be published once measured.
Tell Us What You Know So Far.
Preliminary process information, photographs and plant layouts are enough to begin the discussion.
Existing plant drawings, photographs and upstream or downstream equipment details can help define the integration requirement.
